Just what I was looking for
I’m very excited about this podcast. I want a nutrition and lifestyle podcast with scientific research to back up it’s content. This podcast does this in short enjoyable episodes. I enjoy the fad debunking as well as all the straightforward recommendations. I am pleased that this podcast refrains from shaming and encourages the listeners to make their own choices that best suits their lives. It’s also super fun to hear Arnold himself speaking. 😉

As a stroke survivor, this is the right motivation
This podcast/accompanying daily email have been immensely helpful in helping me carry on over the last few months. I’m a stroke survivor, I had my strokes very early in life, and I’ve been trying to stay active and keep my health in mind for a while. Arnold and his team help focus on the primary goals I am setting for myself, and Arnold himself is a massive influence and motivator to get me lifting almost every day.

I am such a huge fan of Arnold and I think as I have grown into adulthood I’ve begun to see him more for his wisdom and leadership more than what he has done on the big screen, as much as I love his movies. This is a quick and inspirational podcast that can help plant the smallest seed for personal growth and to help create healthy habits in a very clear and concise way. Pump Club is literally a breath of fresh air and creates such a positive vibe I can’t help but binge it over and over.

Quick, clean, focused. Just like a good routine, making accomplishments these podcasts are aimed in that direction. When your bump along into a positive direction, one small step, one small choice, one more positive nugget in the brain that helps you move into that direction throughout the day, throughout the week. It’s like trying to move an asteroid one small tug at a time but they add up. And overtime you find yourself on a new course, a new direction headed off in a direction you never thought possible one step at a time one positive nugget in your brain one small choice.

Mr. Schwarzenegger. You are such an inspiration. Originally from New York. First time in California I had to go to Muscle beach. I am a sixty year old retired police officer. I still get up at 3AM and hit the gym for 2 1/2 hours. Your podcast is so helpful. I really appreciate your positivity and all the real information the podcast provides. I absolutely adore Lulu and Whiskey. FUBAR was fantastic. I love your workouts and like you will continue to my dying day. I can’t even imagine what it must be like looking at next to you.
