What a positive podcast!
The podcast is very positive and the community arnold is creating is one that lifts positivity amongst itself. It’s hard to find that online and I’m glad to have this podcast and newsletter as a daily method of motivation, information, and support for good mental and physical health.
The best way to wake up
Arnold and his team give wonderful, quick, digesting insights that will positively affect your entire day and mindset. I appreciate that some of the concept is generated because as I am busy, I can only imagine how busy they must be. Thank you!

The Legend Continues!
Being a fan of Arnold since before I can remember, following this podcast and joining the Pump Club seemed like a no brainer to me. I was not, however, expecting to be so impressed with the level of positivity and straightforward, usable advice from Bodybuilding’s most successful personality. In this episode, in particular, I enjoyed starting my day knowing that a cup or two of coffee (which I had while listening) was not going to jack up my heart in any dangerous way. The positive story and motivation are always present, but this story was particularly inspiring! Thanks as always Arnold and team!

Wonderful podcast
I’m so thankful to Arnold, Adam, and Daniel for the Pump emails and this podcast. Between those and the new Pump app, I’ve finally been working out more often and cleaning up my diet. It’s motivating, inspirational, and contains plenty of useful information.

The Pump Club is what we all need
I am an older athlete who just started using weights and training more regularly. The Pump Club is exactly what I have been looking for; something positive, succinct and easy to incorporate into my daily routine. I enjoy gaining insight from Arnold’s experience, he is full of useful information and anecdotes that will help me build and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I highly recommend this podcast and his newsletter.

Daily positivity, from Arnold!
But not just what my title says - Arnold not only gives you a daily boost of positivity, but he gives you recommendations on how to be more fit, more active, and how to do it sensibly, backed up by science! It’s not just empty platitudes and random advice like other “fitness” folks - Arnold and his team quote scientific research when they make recommendations, while also giving advice from their own experience. And it’s short! Typically, less than 10 minutes. A great way to start your day and get you motivated!

Like so many others I’ve been a fan of Arnold’s since I was a kid. I’m in my mid-30s now and over the last few years have been making an effort to take better care of myself. I get a lot of inspiration and motivation from this podcast. The episodes are short and sweet so they’re easy to listen to every day, or even revisit when you just need a few extra minutes of encouragement.

I’ve listened since the beginning. It’s a great, short podcast that quickly worked into my daily routine. I love that it is founded in facts and studies, gives small tips to make better decisions throughout the day and week, small motivations, and focuses in positivity. Arnold’s podcast is great! It’s concise and full of useful information. Most important: the information in it is based on actual evidence and research. I’ve been enjoying the written newsletter since it launched, so I’m happy to have the podcast as an alternative when I’m on the go.
